Over the years we have learned that it
is no use producing high quality products unless you have
good, experienced installers and effective on site quality
control procedures.
Through our careful selection policy and
in house training all of our installers are able to carry
out even the most complex of work to the high standards
expected by both our clients and ourselves.
We
realise that our clients require us to keep tight control
of the work that is carried out on site and this means having
procedures that are practical and effective such as:

Site supervision at all times
2. Customer Satisfaction Sheets for each individual property
3. All work checked on a daily basis by our site supervisors
4. Regular site meetings with clerk of the works
5. Strict adherence to Health & Safety Requirements
6. Effective tenant / customer liason
7. Swift reponse to any problem
The
relationship between client, tenant and contractor are important
to the success of any contract. We recognised the importance
of good communication long ago and all of our fitters and
office staff are aware of their role in this relationship.
